Kingsway Village is a new development in Kinka Beach, between Yeppoon and Emu Park on the Capricorn Coast of Queensland. The development has already produced, sold and settled 51 residential lots and with the support of Council, in its next phase it is proposed it will progressively develop in excess of 700 dwellings and units within an integrated retirement precinct.
Sonnet Residences
Taringa, QLD
Sonnet Residences was a partially built 4-unit boutique development at Taringa with an ‘On Completion’ value in excess of $6.9 million. PEFA was engaged as a consultant to provide project management and funding to assist in its completion. A full project review was undertaken and an acceptable solution was provided to the developer.
Interlink Business Park
Tingalpa, QLD
Development and funding advice to assist with the development of a 19-unit industrial project as well as a gym at Tingalpa. PEFA role has involved working closely with the developer and consultants to develop a funding package that will see this circa $30M project completed by 2024.
Ocean Breeze Estate
Meikleville Hill, QLD
Refinance of site and development of a 13-lot subdivision at Meikleville Hill, overlooking Kepple Bay. PEFA’s role was as an arranger of development finance and ongoing liaison with the lender to assist with the development of the project which is now completed.
Hillcrest Commercial
Hillcrest, QLD
Commissioned to provide development consultancy services and arrange funding for the construction of a gymnasium, and commercial business tenancies in a light industrial area with proximity to Browns Plains shopping and services hub.
Maryborough West Industrial Estate
Maryborough, QLD
Engaged to provide funding solution for 11 vacant lots within a completed industrial subdivision at Maryborough West. The site benefited from direct Bruce Highway access with proximity to Maryborough as well as 3 hours from Brisbane. A good logistics hub with flat lots, 3 phase power, large vehicle access and with a new service centre to be constructed on the highway entrance to the estate.
