PARK ROAD RESIDENTIAL FUND
The Park Road Residential Fund is a boutique fund that will target residential developments in Queensland. In the current climate, there is limited supply of quality residential product, which has been supporting strong sales prices and driving rental yields.
The opportunities identified see the benefit of our involvement in the development industry and our exposure to a wide range of transactions. The projects will be supported by API accredited valuations to underpin the value of the assets that secure the investment. Each project will undergo a thorough due diligence process to ensure that the expected project profit is realistic, obtainable and acceptable.
The Fund proposes investment in three projects. The first is underway and has obtained subdivision approval. Further development opportunities are in the site acquisition phase.
